PRODUCTS
All of our products are handmade and, as such, differ slightly from one item to the next - even within the same design. These minor differences are not faults but the charm of handmade products.
All products are inspected for damage before shipping.
Caution: The furniture for children manufactured in rattan/bamboo, uses the same technique and design as in the 50's, which currently no longer meets European safety standards. It may, therefore, represent a risk in the context of use other than decoration.
HOW TO BUY
Orders can be placed by email at geral@swit.pt
PAYMENT
Payments are made by bank transfer.
Our account number (NIB/SWIFT) will be provided during the purchase process.
LEADTIMES
Our products are made to order within 3 to 4 weeks, plus delivery time.
In made to measure pieces or big quantities, SWIT reserves the right to change the lead-time.
SHIPPING
We ship our products to Portugal and Europe through the best transport companies, to ensure that they arrive to you in perfect conditions.
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and volume of selected articles, as well as the delivery address. This service is paid fully to the carrier. (SWIT does not benefit from this.)

COLLECT YOUR ITEMS
If you live in the Lisbon area you can collect your order in our facilities, at no additional cost with postage.
RETURNS
Because all our products are made to order, all sales are final and cannot be returned.
